Covert Aggression Destroys Society, Workplaces, Systems - Narcissism in Society

Recent happenings have made me think more about covert aggression (sometimes called Passive Aggression) - where the perpetrators are too cowardly to tackle their own emotions & needs head on so they project those into their environment, usually selecting targets with many positive traits.
