Fluoride gets stored in your bones, your teeth and your pineal gland. All of this is really bad.

Fluoride is dreadful stuff, does not help your teeth, indeed it weakens them and makes them crumble amongst other things. Research dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis if you want to learn more.

Mix it 50 / 50 with 1 litre of distilled water. Store in a glass bottle. Take 1 teaspoon a day of the liquid. The detox can be quite harsh so you might want to start with a smaller dose.
