How to make an anti-inflammatory anti-fungal turmeric apple cider vinegar salad dressing. It has all the health benefits of turmeric and apple cider vinegar and sea salt. It tastes really good!

You can make in in mintues.

You wil need:
Turmeric – either powdered or the route that you could chop and crush

Olive oil – preferably organic

Apple cider vinegar – unpasteurised, not  heat-treated and with the mother

Sea salt – DO  NOT use rock salt

Black pepper – the pepperine works with the curcumin in the turmeric to make it much more bio available

A container - I prefer glass to plastic.
