What are the symptoms of magnesium deficiency in the body?
80+ % of people are short of magnesium. This video lists 28 signs you need magnesium / have magnesium deficiency. There are many magnesium benefits. The fastest way I know of to get your magnesium levels up is with magnesium chloride oil applied topically. I apply it liberally all over after showering and drying.

You cannot ingest large quantities of magnesium because it is a laxative.
